About the Position
Triple Ring is currently seeking a part time receptionist to join our team. This is an important role as it is the first point of contact for all clients, visitors or guests entering the facility. This position also may provide administrative/clerical support to the Finance and Human Resources department.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
- Schedule conference rooms for employees and visiting guests via Outlook.
- Support the shipping and receiving by signing for packages.
- Arrange catering for meetings/events
- Ensure Conference rooms are cleaned up after meeting
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of experience working in a professional environment
- Telephone Skills
- Verbal Communication
- Microsoft Office Skills
