Job description
As an intern at Triple Ring Technologies, you will be part of the team that investigates new human computer interaction tools and applications. We’re working on applications across a variety of industries / fields; your role will include developing application frameworks. The second stage of development will be designing and coding new applications, as well as demo software. This opportunity allows you to not only learn about new technologies but also to make a big impact in the medical world if the project is successful. It is expected the project will take approximately 360 hours to complete. We are willing to be flexible and will accommodate scheduling for the right applicant.

Our work includes next-generation medical imaging systems, implantable devices, regulatory strategy, scientific due diligence, and much more. We seek to understand complex technical challenges and deploy our in-house team to craft creative solutions which combine business realities, scientific knowledge creation, and product oriented engineering. Triple Ring’s efforts have ranged from napkin stage concept through pilot manufacturing.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate student in CS, EE, computer interface design or related field
- Strong background in computer science, electrical engineering, robotics and/or HCI
- Attentive to details. Loves slick and well-designed user interface.
- Independent, creative and problem solver
- Strong background in Object Oriented Development (OOD)
- Strong coding and debugging skills
- Experience in C# and .NET framework.
Additional desirable experience
- Proven record of engaging user experience design
- Computer vision and image processing a plus
- General understanding of 3D vectors and matrices operations
- Experience with C/C++ a plus
